How to best store Mojo Fried Shallots?
Every pack is made of food safe foil, is fully sealed and includes an oxygen absorber to maintain freshness. Unopened bags can be safely stored in your pantry, ideally in a cool, dry area. Once opened, you'll find that the packs are equipped with a resealable feature. Simply reseal the bag after each use and store it again in a cool, dry spot.
