Why Indonesia?

The quest to find the best shallots was not an easy one and took us to the birthplace of the sweetest product available, Probolinggo Regency, East Java Indonesia. There we met with many local farmers to understand how shallots grown in volcanic ground had such a distinct flavor and then cooked them in coconut oil to make them crunchy!

How to best store Mojo Fried Shallots?

Every pack comes fully sealed and includes an oxygen absorber for added freshness. Unopened bags can be safely stored in your pantry, ideally in a cool, dry area. Once opened, you'll find that the packs are equipped with a resealable feature. Simply seal the bag after you've finished adding toppings to your food and store it again in a cool, dry spot. This way, you can ensure its quality for the next month.

What is the shelf life of Mojo Fried Shallots?

Our food grade foil packaging and oxygen absorber keeps the fried shallots fresh and delicious till each pack's expiry date.

What is the recommended serving size?

Feel free to include as many fried shallots as desired. Preferences for crunchiness and flavor vary among individuals. A convenient approach is to place the container of fried shallots on the table for easy sharing and refills. Once the meal is over, it can be returned to the pantry.
